Here is a sampling of some of our favorite menu items.  Of course, this is just a very small slice of the creative culinary pie that is Straton Hall Events. We have many more amusements on our plate!  If you don't see anything here that tickles your taste buds, we will be happy to accommodate. 

Appetizers

  • DOMESTIC AND IMPORTED CHEESES with SEASONAL FRUIT

An Old World display of award winning domestic and imported cheeses accented with flatbreads along with a beautifully garnished display of sliced seasonal melons and garden fresh berries paired with French creme for dipping.

  • ​BACON BAR

Thick tender strips of applewood smoked bacon are seasoned and "candied" in a sweet and savory combination of brown sugar and spices

  • Antipasta Display

A delicious combination of selected Italian meats, cheeses, marinated artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, & Greek olives served with crispy herb baguettes, assorted crackers & seasonal flatbreads.

  • Miniature Coastal Crab Cakes

Fresh coastal crab meat mixed with peppers, onions and Cajun house seasonings fried to a crispy golden brown and paired with our Creole remoulade sauce.

  • FRIED MAC & CHEESE BITES

Golden brown bites of baked macaroni and cheese.

  • SHRIMP SHOOTER

Two local Georgia shrimp straddling a shot glass of salsa.​

  • CAPRESE POPS

Cherry Tomatoes filled with mozzarella, drizzled with basil pesto.​

  • Tropical Chicken Skewers

Seasoned chunks of chicken breast are paired with assorted peppers, pineapple, and red onion then grilled to perfection.

  • Lemon and Prosciutto Stuffed Mushrooms

Mushroom caps filled with sauteed mushroom pieces, red onion, garlic, prosciutto, lemon zest and herbs topped with parmesan cheese.

Action Stations

  • Coastal Shrimp and Grits

Local Georgia shrimp are seasoned and sauteed in our special recipe of select herbs and spices then paired with a combination of our Andouille sausage cream and creamy stone ground grits.  This is one of our signature recipes.  Can be a Chef attended sautee station and served in your choice of a ramekin or martini glass.

  • Steamship Round of Beef Carving Station

A large cut of beef that is seasoned with a combination of various herbs and spices, seared and roasted to perfection.  This works well for events with a large guest list and comes with a chef carver to enhance an interactive station.

  • PASTA STATION

A Southern taste of Italy! Our pasta station includes selections of penne & bowtie along with classic Alfredo and marinara sauces, grilled & sliced chicken breast, Italian meatballs & shredded parmesan.​

  • Mashed Potato Station

Garlic mashed Idaho potatoes served with selections of applewood smoked bacon bits, butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese and chives, served in either martini glasses or ramekins per guest preference.

  • Slider Station

A trio of our slider favorites!  Guests can enjoy selections of our sirloin beef slider, fried chicken slider and pulled pork slider, all with their own condiments.

  • CRAB CAKE STATION

Fresh coastal crab meat mixed with peppers, onions, and Cajun house seasonings. Fried to a crispy golden brown and served with house made sauces and Asian slaw.

Entrees

  • Herb Seared Beef Tenderloin

Delicate medallions of beef paired with horseradish cream and jezebel chutney sauces, served medium unless otherwise requested.

  • Coastal Low Country Boil

A combination of sweet corn cobbettes, smoked sausage, red bliss potatoes, yellow onions, and fresh local Georgia shrimp seasoned with a variety of our signature herbs and spices.  We also include our house made tartar and cocktail sauces.

  • Sweet Georgia Pecan Chicken Breast

Tender breast of chicken seasoned and cooked with a variety of herbs and spices and topped with a sligthly sweet sauce and toasted pecan pieces.

  • Herb Encrusted Pork Loin

Pork seasoned and marinated in a combination of fresh herbs and spices then seared and sliced with a hearty crust.  We pair this with our house made horseradish cream and jezebel chutney sauces.

  • Grouper with Lemon Buerre Blanc

This is a hearty Atlantic white fish that is pan sauteed and topped with a velvety white wine butter sauce.

Accompaniments

  • Grilled and Roasted Vegetables with Asparagus

A garden selection of squash, zucchini, onions, peppers and asparagus seasoned and roasted to perfection.

  • Roasted New Potatoes

Red bliss new potatoes are drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic, and a hint of rosemary then roasted to tender goodness.

  • Carrot, Squash, and Zucchini Ribbons

Thin slices of vegetables sauteed and seasoned in butter and garlic.

  • WILD MUSHROOM RISOTTO

Creamy garlic & herb risotto with Shiitake, portobello, and chanterelle mushrooms.

  • Fried Green Tomatoes

Green tomato slices seasoned, battered and deep fried to a tasty golden brown paired with a cucumber cusabi dressing.
